What Happens When I Place My Order?

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement if you chose not to use PayPal. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, you may have difficulty placing your order.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping 
We try to ship as fast as possible. Orders usually ship within 2 days of order depending on the season. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.

International Shipping 
Most international shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

What’s Your Return Policy?

Full Priced Items

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your BEST purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us directly at (john@bestskateco.com) to coordinate your exchange and/or refund. BEST does not pay for return shipping. Please ship your return using a carrier that provides a tracking number.

Sale Items

All Sale Items are FINAL and are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY and must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. BEST does not refund shipping charges.

Please Note: BEST only accepts returned product that is received in new, unworn, original condition. Any returned merchandise that cannot be sold as new will be returned to the sender.
